We do everything we can to show our support for our community by offering Sponsorships & Donations. Below are forms that are required, plus help make the process of requesting either of these, much simpler! Please select the appropriate form for your group or organization, then print out, fill out completely,then drop off OR email completed form to info@magstexas.com :

General Donation Request

This form will be for most donation request that are general in nature, and related to events, charities, etc.

Youth League Sponsorship

Use this form if you are part of a youth league like CPYL, Select or School Sponsored.

Recreational Team Sponsorship

Use this form if your team is in a league that is geared more for adults, 18+ yrs old.
